Email support

Protect your account

Never send your full Stripe card information, password, verification code, database credentials, or the token portion of a Riff Forge sign-in link. Support will not ask for those items.

Response times may vary. During early access, support is generally handled by email rather than live chat or telephone.

Common questions

I paid but did not receive a sign-in email.

Check spam and promotions folders, confirm you are checking the email used at checkout, and wait several minutes. Then visit the sign-in page and request a fresh link. Contact support if it still does not arrive.

My sign-in link says it is invalid or expired.

Links are time-limited and one-time-use. Request a new link from the customer sign-in page. Do not reuse an older email link.

Why are my saved riffs missing on another device?

Saved riffs are stored locally in that browser. They are not automatically synchronized to your account or another device.

The microphone feature does not work.

Use HTTPS in a current browser, allow microphone permission, close other apps using the microphone, and try a quiet room. Managed devices or in-app browsers may block access.

How do I request a refund?

Read the Refund Policy, then email support from the purchase email within the stated request period.
